Helping the long-term unemployed and people aged 50+ back into work

We sup­port people who have been out of work for a long time and people over 50 who want to return to the labour market but face barriers such as age, gaps in experience or outdated qualifications.

The labour market is chan­ging faster than ever, and a long break from work can be truly dis­cour­aging. We help you over­come this bar­rier – step by step, without judge­ment and without un­ne­ces­sary form­al­it­ies.

Who it is for

• ✓Long-term un­em­ployed people, whether or not they are re­gistered with the labour office
• ✓People over 50 plan­ning to return to work

What our support involves

• ✓Vo­ca­tional train­ing – im­prov­ing or com­plet­ing the qual­i­fic­a­tions needed on today’s labour market (in­clud­ing in ac­count­ing, office ad­min­is­tra­tion and cus­tomer ser­vice)
• ✓Back-to-work programme – com­pre­hens­ive sup­port com­bin­ing advice, train­ing and help in find­ing a job, tailored to your in­di­vidual situ­ation
• ✓In­di­vidual con­sulta­tions – a con­ver­sa­tion with an ad­viser about your op­tions for re­turn­ing to work, up­dat­ing your CV and pre­par­ing for job in­ter­views
