Our specialisation

We provide comprehensive accounting services for a wide range of legal forms - from sole proprietorships and limited companies to foundations and energy cooperatives. Each of these areas has its own legal and tax specifics, so instead of a one-size-fits-all approach we offer solutions tailored to the particular form of business.

We specialise in handling grant-funded projects and keeping complete documentation in line with legal requirements and the specifics of the sector - whether a client is accounting for an EU grant, filing a report with the National Court Register (KRS) or submitting a VAT return.

Everything we do serves our social mission

Fundacja Finaks provides all the services described on this page as part of its business activity, which funds its social mission. The income from each of them is used to create jobs for people who find it hard to get work - we do not pay out profits to shareholders, simply because we have none.

Sole proprietorships (JDG)

For self-employed entrepreneurs we keep the Revenue and Expense Ledger (KPiR) and handle lump-sum tax (ryczałt) records, so that tax matters do not distract you from running your business.

  • ✓Keeping the KPiR or lump-sum (ryczałt) records
  • ✓VAT, PIT and ZUS social security settlements
  • ✓Support with registering your business in CEIDG
  • ✓Ongoing tax advice and deadline reminders

Limited companies

For limited liability companies (sp. z o.o.) and joint-stock companies we keep full accounting records in line with the Accounting Act - from day-to-day bookkeeping and CIT settlements to preparing the year-end financial statements.

  • ✓Keeping accounting books in line with the Accounting Act
  • ✓CIT and VAT settlements and documentation for the tax office
  • ✓Financial statements and reporting to the KRS
  • ✓Support with company registration and changes

Foundations and non-governmental organisations (NGOs)

NGO accounting requires separating statutory activity from business activity, accounting for grants in line with the funder's requirements and preparing reports for supervisory bodies. This is an area where we have particular experience - because we run a foundation that operates on exactly the same principles.

  • ✓Separating the costs of statutory and business activity
  • ✓Accounting for grants, subsidies and EU projects
  • ✓Financial statements and reports for supervisory bodies
  • ✓Support during inspections and external audits

Energy cooperatives

Community energy is growing faster than traditional accounting firms can adapt to it. Real-time accounting for energy production and sales, re-invoicing network losses and state aid all require specialist knowledge, which we have been building from the ground up as the sector develops in the Podlaskie region.

  • ✓Accounting for energy production and sales, including the specifics of prosumers
  • ✓Handling EU grants (e.g. RPOWP, FEnIKS)
  • ✓VAT adjustments related to energy
  • ✓Reports to URE and KOWR

Why you can trust us

Whatever the legal form of your business, every client works with a team that understands not only the regulations but also the context - be it the specifics of energy cooperatives or the reporting requirements for NGOs. And because we are a foundation, the income from these services does not go to shareholders; it funds jobs for people who find it hard to get work.
