Business plans and EU grant applications
Preparing financial documentation and applications for national, regional and other European funding programmes.
A successful funding application is not just a correctly completed form - above all, it needs a solid business plan and financial forecasts that meet the requirements of the specific call. Our team prepares this documentation from the financial and formal side, describing the project, the figures and the schedule so that they comply with the rules of the call and are ready for assessment by the implementing body.
What our service covers
- ✓Preparing the project business plan - a description of the venture, market analysis, a schedule of activities and financial forecasts (revenue, costs, profitability) in line with the requirements of the programme.
- ✓Completing the funding application form together with the required financial annexes (financial statements, declarations, calculations of eligible costs).
- ✓Preparing the project budget and expenditure schedule in line with the list of eligible costs for the specific call.
- ✓Support with supplementing documentation during the formal and substantive assessment of the application, including answering questions from the implementing body.
- ✓Accounting and reporting for projects that have already been funded - separate records of project costs, preparation of payment claims and reports for the funding body.
- ✓Preparing financial documentation for applications under national, regional and other European funding programmes, regardless of the location and sector of your business.
Why entrust this to us
Funding applications are assessed against strictly defined criteria, and formal errors or financial forecasts that do not match the call requirements are a common reason for a project being rejected at the formal assessment stage. By preparing business plans and financial documentation from an accounting perspective, we make sure the figures in your application are reliable, reflect your business's actual situation and are presented in the format required by the implementing body.

Do you only prepare applications for businesses from Białystok and the Podlaskie region? +
No. We prepare business plans and financial documentation for funding applications regardless of where your business is based - much of our work is done remotely, so we work with clients from all over Poland.
Do you guarantee that the grant will be awarded? +
No - the decision to award funding is made by the body implementing the programme, based on the formal and substantive assessment of the application. Our job is to prepare a reliable business plan and financial documentation that meet the requirements of the specific call. This increases the chance of a positive assessment, but it is not a guarantee that funds will be awarded.
What should a business plan for a funding application include? +
The scope depends on the specific call, but it usually includes a description of the project and its objectives, market analysis, a schedule of activities, planned eligible costs and financial forecasts - revenue, costs and profitability of the venture over a given period. The document must follow the format and criteria set out in the rules of the call.
What are eligible costs? +
These are expenses that, under the rules of the call, can be covered by funding - for example, the purchase of fixed assets or intangible assets, salaries of project staff or external services. The list of eligible costs differs between programmes, so we always prepare the project budget based on the guidelines of the specific call.
What happens after the funding is awarded - does your support end? +
No - after the funding agreement is signed, the project requires separate accounting records of costs and regular reporting to the funding body, including submitting payment claims. We help clients maintain this documentation throughout the implementation and reporting period of the project.
How long does it take to prepare a funding application? +
It depends on the complexity of the project and the requirements of the specific call - from a few days for simpler regional calls to several weeks for more complex programmes that require detailed financial analysis. Because calls have fixed submission deadlines, it is worth starting preparations well in advance.
